    There are 3 parts to getting back to school ready:

    SRVUSD Annual Update

    San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

    Complete the district online Annual Update using your Campus Portal. To begin the process, log in to the Campus Portal using the password you have previously set up.    Parents should click on the 3- line icon located in the upper left corner of the screen. Then click on the More button.  At the bottom of the screen there will be the Online Enrollment Annual Update link. 

    If you are new to the district and were not sent a link to create a password, please email Joy Gath (  to receive a one-time login code.

    Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

    Montevideo Future Fund Registration

    Registration Dates: July 26, 2019 to August 13, 2019

    After completing the annual update, parents are asked to login to the Montevideo Future Fund donation system.  This is the way Montevideo School collects donations for the school year.  You may use a credit card to pay for donations through this system.  If you would like to pay with cash or check – please complete the donation process online and indicate that you will pay in the office (you may drop off the check or cash with the printout receipt of the donations).

    Montevideo Walk Through  Registration

    7:30-1:00 pm


     School pictures will take place on this day. Please bring your children with you to Walk Through Registration.

    The Montevideo Education Fund is collecting voluntary donations on behalf of Montevideo Elementary School to maximize the matching gift potential for our students. 100% of your donation will be given to Montevideo directly. 

    The Future Funds website is not sponsored by the school. Information provided on this website may be available to Parent Teacher Associations and other educational benefit foundations as well as school personnel as required.


    Walk Through Step By Step


    Step 1: Pick up Packet at Station #1 with your child(ren)’s name on it.  Please look for stickers on the front of the packet that indicate items that are missing from your child’s enrollment.  Students will not be allowed to start school without current immunizations, updated addresses and updated physicals.  


    Step 2: Complete the Montevideo Future Fund Registration Site

    • Update Family Profile for Directory – Please make sure to check that your child(ren)’s grade is current for the 2019-20 school year.
    • Volunteer
    • Education Fund Donations
    • PTA Membership (no obligation to purchase - membership provides discounted rates to Montevideo PTA programs for the school year)
    • Classroom Donations
    • Order Year Book (price will increase after registration)

    Step 3:  Complete Lifetouch Order (if you would like pictures).  The Website is

     Step 4: Complete Annual Update in Campus Portal (if you have not done so already)


    Step 5: Please bring the following completed printouts to Walk Through Registration on Tuesday, August 6th

    • Any Office Forms (immunizations, physical/dental exams, proof of residency, etc.)
    • Please bring one copy of your Future Fund Receipt


    Step 6: Volunteer Process

    SRVUSD has a system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus, attend classroom events or drive/chaperone on field trips. This Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.

    Visit the Volunteer Management Svstem  (VMS) to update your information or to register to volunteer if you have not done so previously.  We are going to a new scan system this year for volunteers, your VMS name will need to match the name on your driver’s license exactly in order for the scanner to recognize your information.  Please take a moment to log in to VMS to check your name in the system and make any updates as needed.  Thank you.

    Montevideo Elementary School serves the area east of Interstate 680 and west of Alcosta Boulevard. Our northern boundary is Bollinger Canyon Road and the southern boundary generally includes the residential areas adjacent to Montevideo Drive.
